Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here's how returns and refunds work:

14-Day Change of Mind
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order for any reason. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us at hello@vireontis.com to start a return.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery. In many cases we can resolve this with a photo of the issue rather than requiring you to send the item back — we'll offer a replacement or full refund once confirmed.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Return shipping (where a physical return is required) is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Email hello@vireontis.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
